Digital table ordering
Table ordering that keeps your floor, kitchen and bar in sync
Guests order from their own phone, or a server enters it for them. Your call. Every order stays tied to its table and goes straight to the kitchen or bar. When add-ons still travel on paper slips or side messages, drinks get forgotten, dishes get made twice and the check stops adding up.

What changes on your floor
For guests
Ordering made easy
They browse the menu and order from their phone, once you turn that option on.
For your team
Every order at the right station
Floor staff can see what's being prepared in the kitchen or at the bar.
Without shared tracking
Add-ons slip through the cracks
A second round or an extra side ends up on a stray slip of paper.
From table to kitchen, step by step
The guest opens your QR code menu and picks what they want, or a server takes the order at the table. Dishes, drinks, quantities and options are all attached to the right table. The kitchen and bar each see the orders meant for them, based on how your venue is set up.
Say two guests order the grilled chicken. One keeps the fries, the other swaps them for a side salad at an extra charge. A bottle of sparkling water gets added later. The goal is simple: everyone sees the table, both sides and the add-on, without piecing together scattered notes.

Less back-and-forth between floor and kitchen
With paper tickets, a server may have to repeat a special request to the kitchen, pass a drink order to the bar separately, then remember an add-on for the check. A digital flow keeps it all together on the table and makes every handoff more visible to the team.
It doesn't replace hospitality. Your servers still talk with guests, explain how a dish is cooked or what's in it, and help anyone who'd rather not use their phone. Zeat keeps orders moving. It never leaves guests to fend for themselves.
Stay on top of every change
A swapped side, an 86'd dish, a drink added after the order went out. It happens every service. During a demo, run through these cases with your own menu and check what the floor, kitchen and bar see after each change. Who can edit orders and the exact steps depend on the setup you choose.
If you already use a POS or a kitchen display, ask how orders move between them. The same items in two systems doesn't mean they're synced. You may still end up re-entering orders.
Ordering and paying are two separate steps
An order placed on a phone isn't a payment received. Before presenting the check, your team needs to review add-ons, cancellations and comped items. Zeat offers a pay-at-the-table flow, but the payment methods available and the link with your POS need to be confirmed for your venue.
Keeping these steps apart means you never promise a payment option that isn't set up yet. It also lets you start with the menu and ordering, then expand once you've tested it on the floor.
Start with a few tables, then roll out
Start with a short menu and a few tables. Ask to see a simple order, an extra and a late add-on on the devices your team will actually use. Check the connection, who does what, and how to help a guest who doesn't have a phone.
After a few services, compare missed items and corrections with a normal night. Then decide what to digitize next, based on what your team actually saw.

Your questions, answered
Do guests have to order on their own phone?
No. Your staff can take orders too. Pick the flow that suits your dining room, and set up the roles your team needs.
What if a guest adds a drink later?
Zeat tracks orders by table. In a demo, we'll show you how an add-on shows up for the floor, the bar and the check in your setup.
Will Zeat work with my current POS?
Compatibility depends on your POS and your setup. Have us check the details before you count on automatic syncing.
