Zeat processes data with appropriate security measures and uses it only to provide its services.
Data we process
When you request a demo, use the menu scanner or start onboarding, Zeat may process your name, your restaurant's name, your phone number, your email address (optional), the menu files you send us and the information needed to follow up on your request. Technical data related to security and service operation may also be retained.
Purposes and recipients
We use this information to process your menu, respond to your request, provide support, protect the service and manage sales follow-up in HubSpot. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are enabled only if you consent to analytics. Contact fields are explicitly masked in session recordings.
Retention period
Source files uploaded to the scanner are scheduled for deletion within 365 days at most, and raw technical menu-analysis data within 90 days. Contact details and CRM history are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, maintain the business relationship and meet applicable legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, object to certain processing or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@zeatapp.com. Turning off analytics tools does not affect the site's essential features.
