Bar & lounge POS
Every round on the tab, even at a table of fifteen
In a lounge, tables order again and again. On paper tickets, the second round goes missing at the bar or never makes the check. Zeat puts your drinks menu and table-by-table ordering in one digital flow. Guests see sizes and prices on their phone, your team tracks every add-on through the night, and closing means fewer notes to cross-check.

What Zeat digitizes
Menu and every round
Drinks, sizes and every new request, all in one place.
What you gain
Fewer add-ons slip through
Servers and the bar see which table ordered what, second round included.
If nothing changes
Checks pieced together from memory
Your team keeps cross-checking tickets, texts and memory to figure out who had what.
For lounges
Half the room calling the bar? Keep every order straight.
One table adds a drink, another cancels one, and the bar is making several orders at once. The right tool earns its keep when everyone knows which table is waiting on what. Zeat links the mobile menu, order entry and prep status. Test it at your team's real pace.

The second round is where the money slips
The first round is rarely the real test. A table orders two glasses, adds a snack, then comes back for a bottle; another cancels an item before it's made. On paper, every new round means one more note to pass along and reconcile. At the end of the night, a missed item costs you an awkward conversation with the guest and a recount for your team.
Zeat combines a mobile menu with table-by-table ordering. Guests browse the drinks on their phone. Depending on your setup, they order themselves or your staff takes the order, and the bar tracks it from there. Going digital pays off when the second round stays on the right table and the manager can see exactly what happened during service.

Glass, bottle or package? The menu answers.
A glass, a bottle and a sharing package don't have the same price or contents. On your Zeat menu, describe each size and show extras right next to the item they apply to. A first-time guest should be able to find an alcohol-free drink and understand what a bottle costs without waiting for a server to explain the menu.
When a drink runs out, your team can use the quantities, thresholds and availability status Zeat provides for menu items. If the news only goes out in a WhatsApp message, the next guest may order a drink the bar no longer has. Keep in mind that a menu item's availability isn't the same thing as your count of open bottles and ingredients.
Server, bar and manager, all on the same table
Run your demo on two tables. Table 4 orders two glasses, then another round; table 7 orders a bottle and asks for a correction. Zeat offers ordering by guests or staff, tracking at the bar and an item-by-item breakdown for each table. Ask each person to show what they see after every round.
This test shows what really matters: a drink sent to the bar, an add-on attached to the right table and a total your team can review before presenting it. Also check how a correction or a void is handled in your setup. Payments, and any connection to your register, need to be confirmed separately.
What scattered notes really cost you
A server can forget to pass on an add-on, a bartender can make an outdated version of the order, and the manager may have to reconcile several tickets when the check comes. It's rarely your team's fault. The information just passes through too many hands. Digital tracking gives everyone one shared record to check mid-service.
You still need a clear method for comps, breakage, pour sizes and transfers from the stockroom. On their own, Zeat's item thresholds aren't an automatic bar inventory. Check which features you need before you drop your current stock counts.
Test-drive Zeat on a regular night
Start with four tables near the bar, using your own drinks, sizes and prices. Run through a second round, an 86'd item and a correction. Your server, bar and manager can then tell you whether the flow saves them from repeating information or hunting for notes. Then measure over several similar nights before you count on any specific gain.
Setup is done remotely, so Zeat works wherever your lounge is. Ask us about the setup, training and support available for your venue.

Your mobile menu, sizes and prices, ordering by guests or staff, and every table's requests tracked at the bar. Run a few rounds to find the flow that fits your lounge.
Do I still need to count open bottles?
Yes. Quantities and thresholds apply to your menu items. They don't automatically track pour sizes, open bottles, comps, breakage or transfers.
Can my servers still take orders?
Yes. Zeat supports ordering by guests or by staff. Pick the flow that fits your service and try it in the demo.
